Nationwide Building Society Community Grant for PBHA Peer Landlord Project Peter Bedford Housing Association is delighted to announce that we have been awarded a Nationwide Building Society Community Grants of £27,960 to fund a pilot Peer Landlord project. Based on the pioneering work of Commonweal Housing, this will create shared accommodation based on a mutual support model whereby selected tenants act as peer mentors and first point of contact with the landlord. Peter Bedford Housing Association, together with partner Providence Row Housing Association, are delighted to announce that we have joined One Digital’s Digital Champions Network with a grant of £20,000 from Clarion Futures (the charitable foundation of Clarion Housing Group). Commitment to Refer Peter Bedford Housing Association is committed to putting an end to homelessness, that is why we have signed up to the Commitment to Refer initiative. This means that we will continue to refer individuals at risk of homelessness to a local authority. The Commitment to Refer initiative was developed to allow Housing Associations to support the implementation of the Homelessness Reduction Act.
