The Director of Finance role will be shared between PBHA and WFHA, this key intergral role within both organisations. Please see below for more information.
Aims of the Post
- Leading and managing finance functions
- Coordination of the Finance, Audit and Risk Committees
- Support to and attendance at Board as required
- Contributing to the strategic leadership of each organisation
- For PBHA only: acting as Company Secretary
- Dealing with periodic corporate matters including ensuring appropriate insurance cover
- Overseeing ICT
