About the Role
The Housing Services Manager is a significant role within Peter Bedford Housing Association and a great development opportunity for an existing manager. With the freedom to bring innovation to our services, develop external partnerships and work across PBHA, this is an interesting and rewarding role.
You will be responsible for the delivery of PBHA’s accommodation services, a mixture of supported housing, tenancy support, a residential service and general needs tenants. You will also lead the Housing Management team who are responsible for lettings, rent collection and anti-social behaviour.
Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs. Our work enables people to move on and lead independent lives. As part of a major restructure of our housing services, we are refreshing our approach to helping people use their personal assets to build brighter futures, for themselves and others.
