We are looking for an experienced, strategic and collaborative leader to join our Senior Management Team, overseeing our Finance, IT and HR services. You will report to the CEO and regularly to Board, coordinating the Finance committee.

The successful candidate will:

  • Be a qualified accountant with extensive substantial experience in a related sector,
  • Be a strategic thinker and planner,
  • Have a track record of successfully leading organisational change, and
  • Be committed to helping people with multiple needs succeed, demonstrating this by building on our strengths-based people-focused culture.

Based mainly in Hackney and Islington, we work with people who are homeless, have mental ill health, learning difficulties and multiple needs. Our work enables people to move on and lead independent lives. As part of a major restructure of our housing services, we are refreshing our approach to helping people use their personal assets to build brighter futures, for themselves and others.
