Reporting repairs to your property

How do I report a repair?

To report repairs, you can either:

  1. Call the repairs line on 020 3815 4123 between 10.00am – 5.30pm, Monday to Friday

We will respond to enquiries and requests promptly.

How long will I have to wait for a response?

Phone messages will be replied to within 24 hours.

Missed appointments

Please be aware that you could be charged up to £80 if you are not in when an appointment has been arranged and a contractor has a wasted visit. Please call at least 48 hours in advance to cancel an appointment.

Emergencies

Gas: If you smell gas:

• Do not smoke.
• Do not use naked flames.
• Do not switch on any lights.
• Turn off the gas at the meter.
• Open the windows and doors.
• Leave the building.

Gas: If you smell gas, call Cadent on 0800 111 999

Water: If there is a water leak outside the house, call Thames Water on 0845 9200 800

Electricity: If there is no electricity in the whole house, call 0800 0280 247 / 0333 202 2022 (from a mobile) to check if there are power cuts in the area.

For life-threatening emergencies:

Fire, Police, Ambulance: Dial 999

Police Non-Emergencies: Dial 101
