Speaking out Are you finding it hard to get yourself heard or taken seriously? The independent Advocate could help you speak out about what is bothering you or to make a formal complaint. The service is provided by North East London Advocacy. If you want to find out more just click on Advocacy.

Confidentiality Do you want to know how personal information about you is dealt with? For information about your rights and what you can expect at Peter Bedford just click on Confidentiality.

Complaints Do you want to know how you can complain about a service we provide or a decision we have made? If so, just click on Complaints.

Harassment and bullying Do you feel that you are being harassed or bullied? Have you seen someone else being harassed or bullied? Harassment and bullying is wrong. Do not put up with it. To find out what to do just click Harassment.
